We use only use the highest quality whole ingredients in all of our protein-packed, chocolates, retaining the many benefits of pure chocolate without the emulsifiers and unhealthy additives in most other chocolate brands. The bars are 95% organic, sustainably sourced and all are non-gmo, with no glyphosates, a conscious indulgence. These include organic premium cacao, organic locally produced coconut sugar, functional mushrooms, wild organic blueberries, local meyer lemon peel and raw roasted organic hazelnuts to name a few. We add organic pea protein to our many vegan varieties and organic whey protein isolate to the non-vegan chocolates. We offer a "No sugar" line as well with allulose, a naturally-derived low glycemic sugar substitute.

As an athlete, former marathoner, and outdoor enthusiast in general, but also a major choco-holic, I've always been on the quest for chocolate that is healthy and wouldn't compromise the energy I'd need to be active, while also tasting rich, delicious & indulgent. It seemed to be one or the other, either the chocolate tasting amazing or it was "healthy" but didn't taste like the velvety, decadent chocolate I was craving, so never really satisfying. Inspired by a Sicilian chocolate I had found in my years living in Italy that was simple, with few ingredients, raw, and exquisitely delicious, I took it upon myself to create the perfect bar. After much time experimenting with various ingredients that add extra antioxidants, protein, and other beneficial wellness-boosting properties, I found the perfect blend with the most amazing taste. The "Velocity Bar" was born.
